These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ipo138 ("ipo138", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://ipo138.click (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform — including but not limited to placing bets, claiming bonuses, making deposits or withdrawals, or browsing content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. ipo138 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified algorithm used to determine outcomes in electronic casino games.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. ipo138 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities. Underage gambling is prohibited and any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned subject to verification.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, and not as an agent for any third party.
4. You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
5. You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by ipo138 for any violation of these Terms.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of ipo138 or its affiliated entities.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ipo138 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ipo138 reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC checks at any stage, including requesting a copy of your Malaysian MyKad (or equivalent government-issued identity document), a selfie for facial verification, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be temporarily restricted pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

Subject to these Terms, ipo138 grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use of any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ipo138.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or other software to interact with the Platform;
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage its reputation or disrupt service for other users;
• Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

All gambling activity on the Platform is for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves financial risk, and ipo138 does not guarantee the return of any wagered funds. You acknowledge that the house edge is present across all game categories and that outcomes are determined by certified RNG processes or real-world sporting events beyond ipo138's control.

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ipo138 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay
• Online banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Bank
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Online Transfer
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via any participating Malaysian bank
• Credit and debit cards (subject to issuer terms)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), Litecoin (LTC)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfers. ipo138 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which ipo138 bears no responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ipo138 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected to have originated from a third-party source and to apply account restrictions pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted via payment methods that match those used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being satisfied prior to processing:

1. Your Account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
2. Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your Account must be fully met.
3. Your Account must be in good standing with no active disputes or restrictions.
4. The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit, as determined by your Account tier.

Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals — 15 to 60 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation. These are estimated times and may vary during periods of high demand or technical maintenance.

ipo138 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be declined or delayed until satisfactory documentation is provided.

ipo138 offers a range of welcome bonuses and ongoing promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions at ipo138:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• ipo138 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if the Platform determines that a promotion has been claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bets placed using certain game types (e.g., low-RTP games, specific live dealer titles) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to ipo138's general betting rules and any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to the relevant market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable betting rules for that market.

The following general betting conditions apply:

• All bets are final once accepted by the system. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except through the cash-out feature where available.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display, ipo138 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds.
• ipo138 reserves the right to void bets on any event that is found to have been subject to match-fixing, cheating, or any other integrity-related irregularity.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and Account tier.
• ipo138 may limit or suspend betting access to any Account at its discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account for any individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information at any stage;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using any form of automated betting software, artificial intelligence betting tools, or unfair technical advantage;
• Colluding with other players or employees of ipo138 to gain an unfair advantage;
• Making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider without first seeking resolution through ipo138's support team;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or other obfuscation technology.

ipo138 employs advanced fraud detection systems. Any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended. All associated funds may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, permanently forfeited. ipo138 may refer evidence of criminal conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, interface design, software code, and the "ipo138" name and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of ipo138 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and use content on the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written authorisation from ipo138 is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ipo138 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network issues, or events beyond ipo138's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Loss of data resulting from technical failures not attributable to ipo138's gross negligence;
• The conduct or content of any third-party payment processor, game provider, or linked service.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ipo138's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ipo138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential harm associated with gambling activity. We operate a strict 21+ age policy and provide the following player protection tools:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Session time limits — restrict the duration of individual gambling sessions;
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;
• Reality checks — receive periodic notifications of time spent on the Platform.

• Requests received from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Circumstances where continued operation of the Account would expose ipo138 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon closure of your Account for legitimate reasons (i.e., not as a result of a breach), any genuine real-money balance remaining in your Account — after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and processing requirements.

You may also request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests submitted through our Responsible Gambling tools are processed within 24 hours.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which ipo138 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as specified by ipo138's licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact our customer support team and allow a minimum of 14 business days for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. ipo138 aims to resolve all player complaints promptly and fairly.

ipo138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account.
